Where ads show
Sponsored restaurants appear in a higher spot when people search or scroll the app, marked as sponsored. You choose your budget and dates in Uber Eats Manager, under Marketing.
Fix your page first
An ad pays to bring people to your page. If they see dishes with no photos, unclear names and no descriptions, they leave, and you paid for the visit. Do these first:
- Real photos on your best sellers: how to add photos.
- Names people understand and a one line description: menu descriptions.
- Best sellers at the top: menu order.
- A strong banner photo: banner photo guide.
Start small and measure
- Pick a small daily budget you are happy to lose while you test.
- Run it for a set number of days.
- Write down orders and new customers before and during the ad.
- Keep it only if the extra orders are worth more than the cost.
Ads or offers?
Ads make you easier to find. Offers make you cheaper to try. If people find you but don't order, fix your page or try an offer. If they don't find you at all, an ad may help. See Uber Eats offers and promotions.
Not sure where to start?
Our free Uber Eats page check scores your page out of 100 and tells you the 3 things to fix first, before you spend on ads.
