Who we are
MenuFix is a small independent service that improves Uber Eats pages for restaurants, cafés and small shops. You can contact us any time at our email.
What we collect
- Business details that are already public: your business name, your Uber Eats page, and contact details your business publishes (for example on your website or social media), so we can send you a free mockup.
- What you send us: emails, messages, photos of your dishes and anything you share so we can do the work.
- Payment details: payments are handled by Stripe. We see your name, email and what you bought, but never your full card number.
- Calls: if you ask us to call you, the call may be recorded so we get the details right. We tell you at the start of the call.
How we use it
- To contact your business about improving its Uber Eats page, and to answer you.
- To do the work you paid for and send it to you.
- To keep records of payments as the law requires.
We don't sell your information and we don't share it with anyone except the services we use to run MenuFix (for example email, payments, phone calls and the AI tools that help us write and edit menus and photos).
Not interested?
Reply "no" to any of our emails or messages, or tell us on a call, and we'll stop contacting you.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email us.
