1. Store hours and holiday hours
Open Uber Eats Manager and check your normal hours and any special or holiday hours. An old holiday entry can keep a store closed long after the holiday ended.
2. Was the store paused?
Anyone in the kitchen can pause the store when it gets busy, and it is easy to forget to switch it back. Check the store status on the tablet and in Uber Eats Manager.
3. The tablet or Orders app
- Keep it on the charger and stop it from going to sleep.
- Check it is connected to Wi Fi or mobile data.
- Make sure it is signed in to the right store.
- Turn the sound up so nobody misses an order.
4. Menu hours
Each menu has its own hours. If your breakfast menu ends at 11:00 and your lunch menu starts at 12:00, you look closed in between. Check that your menus cover all your opening hours. See how to edit your menu in Uber Eats Manager.
5. Missed orders
When several orders are not accepted in time, the store can be paused to protect customers. Find out why orders were missed (sound off, tablet asleep, busy kitchen) and fix that first, or it will happen again.
6. Still offline?
Account, bank or document problems can also stop a store. Contact support through Uber Eats Manager: they can see things you can't.
