1. Reply to every new review
Short, kind and personal: thank the customer, name the dish, and own any problem without arguing. Our guide on replying to Uber Eats reviews has examples. Then fix the cause, so the same complaint doesn't come back.
2. Dispute wrong refunds and error charges
Open Orders, filter by Shop refunded or Potential deduction, and dispute the wrong ones with a photo of the packed order. Uber's UK help gives you 30 days. See how to dispute Uber Eats error charges.
3. Check your offers and ads
Look at what each offer and ad cost and what it brought. Keep what brings new customers at a price you can afford, and stop what only gives discounts to people who would have ordered anyway.
4. Keep the menu, prices and photos up to date
- New dishes added, old ones removed, prices checked.
- Best sellers at the top. See best sellers first.
- At least 70% of dishes with a photo and a description, Uber's own goal. Use photos of your real food.
5. Look at your numbers
Compare this month with last month: orders, average order, rating, and the dishes people order most. One number moving the wrong way is the thing to fix next month.
Let MenuFix do it every month
